FULL and PART-TIME LAWN & TURF SPECIALISTS
Welcoming firefighters, teachers, or others with extended time between shifts.
Become a licensed professional with fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to protect plants and the environment.
Perform aeration and seeding using our proprietary, patented process.
Opportunities for advancement available.
Improve the health of lawns and ornamentals; operate and maintain equipment.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Operate equipment and lift 50lb material containers
- Follow procedures with techniques and materials
- Occasional equipment maintenance and inspection
- Communicate with customers, demonstrate services, and show interest in their lawns
- Maintain a professional appearance to earn customer confidence
- Learn, follow directions, anticipate, and adapt
- Valid driver's license with a good record
- Diploma or GED required; degree beneficial
- Military experience encouraged
- Reliable transportation to start the day
Pay Scale & Benefits: Varies with experience and qualifications. Training and licensing available. Leadership opportunities for experienced individuals. Above-average pay.
Bonuses on top of hourly pay, commissions on new services sold.
Occasional overtime opportunities.
Paid holidays and vacation after 1 year.
