Bike & Kayak Tours, Inc. is hiring operations staff/beach crew!

This is a fun, very physical job that is very fast paced; the majority of working hours will be spent on the beach helping kayak clients launch in and out of the surf as well as loading/unloading kayaks in/out of the trucks and delivering them to the beach.

Job Duties:Pushing out kayak tour & rental participants on the beach; reviewing the water map with kayak rental customers; assisting customers coming in through the surf and with kayak returns; getting the beach prepared for open and/or close with set up and unloading of kayaks, paddles and other equipment; following directions of the beach managers in order to strictly adhere to boat launch regulations;

loading/unloading kayaks into trucks; following boat launch rules and directions of the lifeguard ambassador; providing basic customer service/FAQs to guests while on the beach; driving trucks to deliver equipment; basic equipment repairs; providing assistance to customers with special needs. Being able to drive the company vehicles safely and legally is needed for this position.

Hiring for both full and part time positions. A valid California Driver's license is needed for this position.

loading/unloading kayaks into trucks; following boat launch rules and directions of the lifeguard ambassador; providing basic customer service/FAQs to guests while on the beach; driving trucks to deliver equipment; basic equipment repairs; providing assistance to customers with special needs. Being able to drive the company vehicles safely and legally is required for this position.
