We are looking for someone who has consistent customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting. Prior pharmacy experience is preferred, but not required to be considered.

We are looking for someone who:

• can work up to 40 hours per week, including one Saturday a month and the possibility of one or two evenings per week.

Responsibilities:

• First and foremost, provide EXCELLENT customer service to our patients.
• Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients.
• Measure dosage of medications, according to prescription orders.
• Process prescriptions using computer software.
• Label and record dosage information.
• Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies.
• Answer phone calls directed to the store.
• Handle monetary transactions.
• Assist customers in the store and over the phone.

Pay Rate:

$16-$18/hr with pay bumps available as you learn more within the pharmacy. Higher starting pay available if you have previous pharmacy experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience within the last six years, with two or more years preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
