Lead quality system activities to ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards in a fast‑paced nutraceutical manufacturing environment. This role focuses on audit readiness, customer quality support, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Prepare, host, and support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Manage CAPA processes and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS), SOPs, and compliance documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams (R&D, Sales, Manufacturing) on quality requirements.
- Conduct investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Support validation protocols and compliance risk assessments (HACCP, Food Defense).
- Expertise in audit preparation & hosting for internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Proficiency in CAPA management, cGMP compliance, HACCP, Food Defense, and SOP development.
- Strong customer and cross‑functional communication skills, serving as a liaison with R&D, Sales, and clients on quality documentation and requirements.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis, trend analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Experience in validation and compliance, including equipment validation protocols and regulatory standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a science background (food science, chemistry, etc) with 4‑5 years experience in nutra/pharm/dietary supplement OR 2+ years experience with a related Master's degree.
This is a startup environment where individuals with a startup mentality and excellent problem‑solving skills will excel. The company is transitioning from manual processes to more advanced systems, offering a dynamic environment for those who thrive in continuous improvement. The position requires onsite work from 8–5, with flexible start times between 7:30‑9 am, ensuring an 8‑hour workday. There may be exposure to allergens such as Soy, Wheat, Fish, Shellfish, Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts, and Sesame.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $85,000.00 – $ per year. Competitive salary, health benefits, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and generous time off.
