Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Management Team Lead where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in our ISV and Hi-Tech domains. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will oversee quality processes, drive improvements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance product and service standards. Your expertise in English communication will be crucial in liaising with stakeholders and ensuring seamless operations.

• Lead the quality management team in implementing and maintaining quality standards across ISV and Hi-Tech domains
• Oversee the development and execution of quality assurance strategies to ensure product and service excellence
• Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  
  Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain high standards of quality
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge in quality management
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address quality‑related concerns and provide updates on progress
• Utilize your English communication skills to facilitate clear and concise interactions with team members and stakeholders
• Implement best practices in quality management to optimize processes and enhance efficiency
• Drive innovation in quality management practices to stay ahead in the competitive ISV and Hi-Tech markets
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve quality management processes
• Contribute to the company’s purpose by ensuring high‑quality products and services that positively impact society

• Possess a strong background in quality management with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrate expertise in the ISV and Hi‑Tech domains, understanding industry‑specific challenges and opportunities
• Exhibit excellent English communication skills both verbal and written to effectively liaise with stakeholders
• Have a proven track record of implementing successful quality assurance strategies and initiatives
• Show proficiency in analyzing quality metrics and driving continuous improvement efforts
• Display strong leadership skills to guide and support the quality management team
• Be adept at collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives

The salary for this position is $28.71 hr depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
