We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance before they reach our customers. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues early and drive continuous improvement.

• Develop, review quality metrics and other KPI's to assist Operations
• Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and standards
• Lead & participate in problem-solving teams to address high cost and/or high frequency defects.
• Serve as point person for quality system audits from third-party agencies and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production & Engineering to ensure products meet customer demands and expectations.
• Work closely with the production team to continuously improve the quality of existing products and services
• Assist with customer complaints to ensure containment, determine root causes, implement corrective actions and communicate with customers.
• Contribute to process improvements and QA best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional certification in Six Sigma, QA Certification are a Plus
