Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Quality Control Technician to join our team on-site at the Cadet, MO location. The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for conducting testing and analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Responsibilities include operating laboratory equipment, preparing technical reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that quality assurance processes meet organizational and regulatory requirements.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and propose improvements to processes.

• Experience with quality assurance procedures, laboratory testing, and chemical analysis techniques
• Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment and preparation of technical reports
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various teams
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field preferred
• Familiarity with industry safety protocols and compliance standards
• Ability to work in an on-site laboratory setting in Cadet, MO
• Previous experience in a quality control or quality assurance role is a plus
