Schedule: 40 hours/week

• Inspect products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
• Review quality requirements, procedures, and documentation to verify product conformance.
• Identify, investigate, and communicate quality concerns while supporting corrective action efforts.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and other teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Document inspection results, findings, and quality metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality control, inspection, or testing.

• Has strong attention to detail and take ownership of their work.
• Can interpret specifications, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Is comfortable identifying and communicating quality concerns.
• Can effectively communicate.
• Is interested in developing leadership skills and advancing into a QA Lead or Supervisor role.
