This role supports a dynamic real estate team focused on helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Base pay range

$97,500/yr – $145,700/yr

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, guiding them through the entire transaction process.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, prospects, and industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses.
  • Negotiate contracts and offers on behalf of clients, securing the best terms.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Utilize marketing strategies and digital tools to promote listings and build a personal brand.
Qualifications
  • Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales or related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property types.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in real estate software and technology tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
