• Coordinate and schedule property showings for clients and agents
• Assist in preparing homes for showings, ensuring properties are clean and presentable
• Provide clients with detailed information about properties and neighborhoods
• Accompany clients on property tours, answering questions and highlighting key features
• Maintain accurate records of showings and client feedback
• Communicate effectively with real estate agents, clients, and other team members
• Support the team with administrative tasks related to property listings and client management

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
• Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required
• We offer training, systems, and support to give you the tools to succeed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and real estate software applications
• Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred
• Ability to navigate and provide accurate information about local neighborhoods and properties
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and support
• Knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market is an advantage

Base pay range: $57,500.00/yr - $95,700.00/yr
