• Consistent listing and buyer appointments through our inside sales department
• CMA preparation, marketing assistance, and offer management support

• Licensed CA real estate agents with rural, land, or lifestyle property experience

You do not need to build it all alone. We provide the systems and leverage. You bring the listings.

• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions

• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Can spend a large amount of time driving
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Present yourself in a professional manner
