About the Role

As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist
, you’ll be on the front lines of the business — speaking with motivated sellers, making cash offers, and putting deals under contract. You’ll focus on closing
, not chasing leads or figuring things out on your own.

What You’ll Do Daily
  • Make 175+ inbound/outbound calls with warm, motivated sellers
  • Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
  • Negotiate win‑win solutions
  • Present cash offers using proven scripts and strategies
  • Analyze properties and determine offer prices (training provided)
  • Manage leads and follow‑ups in our CRM
  • Send contracts and push deals through closing
