Property Manager

Overview

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to manage an 81-unit apartment community in Fort Bragg, CA. Experience in affordable housing (RD/LIHTC/HUD) preferred.

This is a Part-Time position at 30 hours a week.

Starting pay is $25.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE.

Housing is available with this position.

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Process applicant paperwork, screening applicants, obtaining landlord references, ensure all paperwork including lease and house rules receive signatures, re-certifications of current tenants, conducting move-ins and move-outs
• Collect rents and security deposits
• Enforce lease and house rules
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain excellent curb appeal
• Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants

• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
• Highly proficient in math
