Property Manager

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to manage a 24- unit apartment community in Mariposa, CA. Experience in affordable housing (RD/LIHTC/HUD) preferred.

This is a Part-Time position at 24 hours a week.

Starting pay is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE.

• Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality. Usage will be reimbursed.

• Able to communicate across various audience levels
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
• Highly proficient in math
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, vendors, and corporate staff
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Process applicant paperwork, screening applicants, obtaining landlord references, ensure all paperwork including lease and house rules receive signatures, re-certifications of current tenants, conducting move-ins and moveouts
• Collecting rents and security deposits
• Enforcing lease and house rules
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintaining excellent curb appeal
• Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
• Follow company policies and procedures
