Endeavor Agency () is a commercial real estate talent agency providing high touch recruitment services throughout California and major western US cities along with the east coast. We have engaged with an innovative owner/operator/developer of primarily industrial real estate assets. Our client has a long history of success and they are looking for an Property Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to grow with a great team and company.

This opportunity is based in Newport Beach near the airport.

Key

Duties & Responsibilities
  • The property oversight of an industrial real estate portfolio
  • Managing all day-to-day operations of properties in their portfolio, third-party vendors and contractors to ensure properties are properly maintained in accordance with company standards and maintenance agreements
  • Building and maintaining exemplary internal and external relationships with tenants, team members, and vendors
  • Monitoring all financial and business matters for their assigned portfolio, including CAM reconciliations, AR & AP tracking, leasing, legal matters, and insurance coverages
  • Reviewing and analyzing standard monthly reporting package including operating statements, tenant ledgers, balance sheets, rent rolls, and aged delinquency reports
  • Working with their supervisor to negotiate new leases and renewals for their portfolio
  • Executing tenant improvement plans and construction projects with the oversight of their supervisor
  • Performing reoccurring property inspections and following up on action items to ensure timely completion
  • Drafting leases, listing agreements, legal notices, and other property related contract for their assigned portfolio
  • Assisting with special projects as required
  • Participate in the development of best practices and contribute to continual procedural improvements
  • Travel 10-15% out of state.
Qualifications
  • College Graduate preferred
  • 5 years minimum experience with a commercial real estate management and industrial properties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Superior time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
