Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time

Salary: $1000 per month

1-2 years of experience in property management, with a focus on maintenance coordination.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role requires experience in handling property maintenance issues, coordinating with vendors, and communicating effectively with residents to ensure smooth property operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced with App Folio or similar property management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Communicate with residents regarding maintenance needs, updates, and property-related inquiries.
  • Liaise with vendors to arrange maintenance services, negotiate contracts, and monitor work quality.
  • Use App Folio to track work orders, update resident information, and manage property records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with residents and vendors.
  • Assist in other property management tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Support the team by assisting with lead scheduling during lower maintenance periods (training can be provided).

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in property management, with a focus on maintenance coordination.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management and experience in handling maintenance issues.
  • Proficiency in App Folio or similar property management software is required.
  • Familiarity with lead scheduling to provide additional team support when required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
