Acquisition Associate

We are seeking a coachable, proactive, and strategic Acquisition Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing off-market real estate deals by fostering relationships and using our proprietary software, conducting property evaluations, and engaging in strategic negotiations. This role works as a team that demands a high level of diligence, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate the unique value proposition of Hegemark effectively.

• Build and foster relationships that lead to continuous deal flow
• Identify opportunities & Win deals
• Be coachable and following our proven training program
• Collaboration through CRM updates and Team Communication
• Accountability defined by consistent daily and weekly action

• Proven experience in real estate 1+ years experience preferably off-market deals
• Strong understanding of property evaluation techniques and negotiation strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of accountability and success
