• Build relationships with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
• Work closely with home buyers and sellers to understand their needs and guide them through the transaction process.

• Stay informed about the California real estate market to answer questions about properties, neighborhoods, and trends.
• Draft and present well‑prepared purchase offers to streamline the closing process for buyers.
