This is a NON Paid Internship

Are you currently enrolled in your California Real Estate Principles or Practice courses? Have you already scheduled your DRE exam and are looking for the right team to launch your career?

We are looking for motivated, “soon-to-be” Realtors to join our team as Junior Associates. This is a unique opportunity to learn the “behind-the-scenes” of a high-volume real estate business while you finalize your licensing. You won’t just be a student; you’ll be part of the team, gaining hands‑on experience that most new agents don’t get until months after they’re licensed.

Per DRE guidelines, you will support the team in non‑licensed capacities, including:

• Marketing Support:Help design flyers, manage social media, and coordinate digital advertising.
• Operational Training:Learn our CRM,
• Field Support:Assist at open houses (greeting only), place signage, and shadow senior agents during showings.
• Research:Pull public records, compile comparative market analyses (CMAs), and gather property data.
