The Role

We are looking for a Research Analyst to join our team! This is a fixed-term contract role (June 2nd until Nov 28th 2025) and up to 40 hours per week.

If you are seeking variety and challenge in your day-to-day activities and enjoy working in a team-based environment, this may be the position for you! You will join our team of research professionals focused on row and specialty crops, seed, digital agriculture technologies, soil nutrition, etc. Previous market research background and/or experience in agriculture is highly valued, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Match and code a variety of crop protection and crop seed types to a global code list
• Use internal proprietary tools and software
• Work closely with project managers
• Assist with data management and cleaning efforts to ensure accurate trends and behaviors

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to accuracy
• Strong strategic thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks & responsibilities simultaneously
• Experience in Microsoft Teams, Excel and ability to adapt to other software
