Overview
A client of Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join the Controlled Environment team. In this role, you will work hands-on in greenhouse environments, supporting critical agricultural research and development. Your daily responsibilities will include harvesting corn plants, picking cotton bolls, operating seed processing equipment, and performing repetitive tasks with precision and consistency. You’ll collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and accurate data collection, contributing to the success of our crop science initiatives.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and accurate data collection for crop science initiatives.
- Strong agricultural background; comfortable in hot, physically demanding environments.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Experience in fieldwork valued.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in agriculture, plant science, or related field preferred.
- Pay: $25-30/hr
