Job Description

Summary:

The Shorter lab is looking to fill an open position for a laboratory technician to assist with experiments aimed at defining mechanisms and modifiers of poly‑GR–stimulated TDP‑43 aggregation. The role includes preparing and analyzing TDP‑43 from cells to assess aggregation propensity under various conditions. This position is contingent on continued grant funding.

• TDP-43 aggregation studies
• TDP-43 purification
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Bachelor of Science and 0 to 1 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
