Overview
Restaurant Shift Leader. This position is designed to be an entry level management position. Restaurant shift leaders are our first line of supervisors and we grow our employees from within. They provide customers with friendly service and maintain a safe environment in the restaurant, ensure food products are made and maintained in accordance with health regulations and company standards, and handle required paperwork accurately and timely.
They follow company guidelines, operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently, complete store tasks and activities assigned by management, and are timely and maintain professional grooming and appearance.

Responsibilities- Provide friendly customer service as a first-line supervisor.
- Maintain a safe restaurant environment and health-compliant food preparation and handling in accordance with health regulations and company standards.
- Accurately and timely complete required paperwork.
- Follow company guidelines and operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete store tasks and activities assigned by management; ensure punctual attendance and professional appearance.
- Promote sales growth through merchandise execution and ensure teams are well trained to deliver world-class service.

- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Standing and walking with bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons, fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise. May be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, and high-concentration cleaning solutions.
