Sierra Mar, the world‑renowned restaurant at Post Ranch Inn, is looking for experienced Line Cooks with full‑time availability.
The right candidate s will have prior experience cooking in a fine dining restaurant or boutique hotel, and will have a flexible schedule – able to work mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends as necessary. Must be able to provide or obtain a CA Food Handler permit within 30 days of hire.
Pay range for the Line Cook position is $20.00–$23.85 per hour.

Job Details and Responsibilities- Full‑time, non‑management position.
- Work under an Executive Chef to support daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
- Prior experience cooking in a fine dining restaurant or boutique hotel.
- Full‑time availability, including mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends.
- Ability to obtain a CA Food Handler permit within 30 days of hire.
