The individual is responsible for food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye‑appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.

• Jefferson:
  Food Handlers within 90 days of hire.
• Springfield:
  Food Handlers within 90 days of hire.

• Equipment used:
  All food preparation equipment (oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, steamer).
• Physical:
  Able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
• Preferred Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
