Front-of-House Responsibilities

• Customer Service Superstars:
  You’ll be the face of Crazy Bowls & Wraps, greeting guests with a friendly smile, taking orders, and making sure every customer feels welcome and valued.
• Order Management:
  Take accurate orders and ensure they’re prepared exactly how our guests want them.
• Upselling & Recommendations:
  Help guide guests through our menu and suggest new items or upgrades.
• Cash Handling & Register:
  Operate the register, handle payments accurately, and process orders efficiently.
• Keeping the Dining Area Clean & Tidy:
  From wiping down tables to making sure condiment stations are stocked, you’ll help maintain a welcoming and spotless dining environment.
• Teamwork & Communication:
  You’ll work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Problem Solving:
  If an issue comes up, you’ll handle it with professionalism, turning any potential hiccup into a great experience for the guest.
