Shift Manager

Overview

This position is for a Shift Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer, not McDonald’s USA.

• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Plan and monitor each shift to ensure quality service and cleanliness.
• Take actions to meet McDonald’s standards and departmental goals.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with next shift manager to prepare for a great shift.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Preferred previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
