DescriptionManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers throughout each shift to maintain excellent quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers supervise the planning of each shift, monitor performance, ensure safety and profitability, and communicate findings to the next Shift Manager.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re seeking positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in the famously fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
