Kitchen Lounge Agent

The expected pay rate is $18.25/hr.

• Loading and unloading of the dishwasher.
• Clean and sanitize cookware, dishes, utensils, and cooking stations throughout the kitchen.
• Sweep and mop the Lounge and Kitchen area as needed.
• Waste away services following recycling procedures.
• Maintaining high levels of hygiene in all areas of the Lounge and Kitchen.
• Receiving and stocking daily food and liquor orders.
• Assist the Chef with applying the Food Safety Management System consistently.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

• A high school degree or GED is preferred.
• Good command of the English language both verbal and written.
• Food handler’s license.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
  
  Ability to follow instructions with an upbeat attitude.
• Strong teamwork skills.
