As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to join our leadership team.

• Great base salary ($65,000 - $75,000)
• Monthly bonus up to $1,000
• 401(k) with up to 3% match
• 50-hour work week with 2 days off
• Paid time off (PTO) and flexible schedule

• 3+ years experience as a general manager in a full-service restaurant with alcohol
• Operational management including staffing, training, customer service, and inventory
• Compliance with all state and local regulations for the restaurant
• Financial management: budgeting, cost control, P&L analysis, and revenue goal achievement

• Enthusiastic attitude in leading team and interacting with guests
