Family owned Cajun seafood restaurant located in Franklin, Louisiana, adjacent to an 85‑unit hotel. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a buffet and full à la carte menus, and handle large‑volume service (over $2.2 million in annual sales).
Position OverviewExecutive Chef / Kitchen Manager – Partner
. Immediate opening with training available. The owner, who will retire, is looking for a growth‑oriented individual to eventually become a co‑owner. Ownership purchase is possible.
- Food preparation and menu planning.
- Quantity food purchasing and inventory control.
- Management of 25 staff members (cooks, maintenance, and support staff). Staff management is a primary focus.
Night shifts required, weekends mandatory (closed Sundays). Long hours necessary for success.
Compensation and Incentives- Executive‑level salary based on experience and dedication.
- Potential for a great incentive program.
- Relocation allowance and housing assistance available.
Franklin, Louisiana – 45 miles east of Lafayette, 100 miles west of New Orleans.
