This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Bartender at Barley & Vine, located in Platte City, MO. The Bartender will craft and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, while ensuring excellent customer experiences. Daily responsibilities include preparing drinks to order, maintaining a clean and organized bar, handling cash and processing payments, and providing professional and personable customer service.
Bartenders will also assist with restocking bar supplies, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and supporting the team during events and peak hours.

Qualifications- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact warmly and professionally with guests and team members
- Experience in bartending preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and payment processing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A passion for wine, craft beer, and cocktails, with a willingness to learn about the products offered at Barley & Vine
- Previous experience in a similar role or certification in bartending is a plus
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and have any required local certifications
