Dining Room Manager

Position Overview

After spending 14 years in healthcare, Arrow Senior Living is a home-like environment for residents and team members. Position:
Dining Room Manager. Full time.

Location:

Wentzville, Missouri. Shift schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday 11:30 am – 7:30 pm. Starting wage for servers $17.00‑$20.00 per hour.

• Ensure the dining room looks and stays pristine and residents receive impeccable service.
• Greet residents, make them feel welcome, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare tables for service, prepare salads, and roll silverware.
• Buss tables, sweep floors, and keep the dining area clean.
• Communicate with supervisors about residents’ dietary habits and appetite changes.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Previous experience leading a hospitality team preferred.
• Knowledge of providing care and supervision appropriate to residents.
• Must have and maintain a food server permit as required by the county.
• Read, write, and understand English at a minimum 8th‑grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude; love residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Frequent lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.
• Good physical and mental health; verified by a physician within six months prior to or seven days following employment; free from pulmonary tuberculosis at health screening.
