15th Street Tavern is in search of friendly and energetic candidates to join our wonderful team. 15th Street Tavern has become a staple within the community and set the standard for service and employee experience within the area. We are looking for upbeat and driven staff members who are eager to learn a system that has proven to be a success.
No previous experience is necessary. Must have a friendly and personable attitude with an ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and be able to work with a team mentality.

Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
- Produce the needed beverages for the service well
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar
- Keep an accurate spill through the shift
- Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
- Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
- Other duties as requested
- Previous experience as a bartender
- General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently
