Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation
- Assist in preparing fresh ingredients for sushi rolls and poke bowls
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines for menu items
- Ensure all food is prepared to high safety and quality standards
- Kitchen Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Support kitchen staff with daily prep tasks and setup
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Teamwork
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
- No prior sushi experience required—training provided
- Interest in learning sushi and poke preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and food safety
- Reliable and punctual
- Full time and part time positions available
