• Kitchen support & mise-en-place: You set up the kitchen ahead of service and prepare and plate the dishes.
• Quality & atmosphere: You uphold OR Coffee Lab's high standards for presentation and taste, and keep the kitchen clean and orderly at all times.
• Customer service: You support the team wherever needed to help guests quickly, kindly, and efficiently.
• Hygiene: You follow HACCP guidelines and help maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment.

• Flexible availability: You're a student or flexi-jobber and available to work weekends.
• Hospitality experience: You've already gained experience in the hospitality sector and know what it takes to keep up during service.
• Customer focused: You always put customer service first and greet every guest warmly, with a smile.
• Quality conscious: You're willing to help safeguard the high quality OR Coffee Lab is known for.
• Attention to detail: You have an eye for order and cleanliness on the floor and in the kitchen.
• Stress resistant: You stay calm during peak moments and busy periods, without losing track.
