Location: Township of Columbia
We are seeking a passionate Barista to deliver exceptional coffee experiences. You will play a vital role in greeting guests and crafting high-quality beverages that reflect our 4-Diamond commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Craft:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages. - Service:
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance satisfaction. - Operations:
Operate Toast POS systems; assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. - Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized café area and adhere to all food safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven barista experience or strong coffee knowledge.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and basic math for cash handling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Toast POS is a plus.
