• Providing exceptional service to all customers
• Learning store management roles for coverage during absences
• Assisting with grocery orders and shelving
• Removing discontinued items and adding new ones
• Supporting pricing accuracy and signage
• Maintaining cleanliness in backroom and departments

• Training and developing staff for stability and success
• Scheduling department employees
• Managing inventory control, backroom, and ordering
• Maintaining ethical relationships with team, vendors, and suppliers
• Fostering a disciplined, respectful work environment with clear communication

• Communicating with management and staying updated on policies
• Maintaining regulatory and company records
• Adhering to dress code and policies

Ability to lift 60 lbs., exert force frequently, handle sharp instruments, and work safely on various surfaces. Good vision and hearing are necessary for this medium work role.
