Merchandise Associate

As the Merchandise Associate for the Missouri Reign, you will be a key player in enhancing our fan experience by managing the creation, promotion, and sale of team merchandise.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with design teams and external vendors to create appealing and on-brand merchandise for the Missouri Reign.
• Provide input on product selection, design concepts, and quality standards.
• Promotion and Marketing: Work closely with the Social Media Coordinator to develop and execute marketing strategies for merchandise.
• Create engaging content to showcase merchandise on various social media platforms and other promotional channels.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage merchandise inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels for events and online sales.
• Coordinate restocking efforts based on demand and sales trends.
• Sales at Events: Set up and manage merchandise booths at home games and select away games.
• Provide excellent customer service to fans interested in purchasing team merchandise.
• Oversee the online sales platform, managing product listings, order fulfillment, and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to drive online traffic and increase sales.
• Collaboration with Social Media Coordinator: Coordinate with the Social Media Coordinator to align merchandising efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
• Leverage social media platforms to create buzz and excitement around new merchandise releases.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track merchandise sales data and provide regular reports to management.
• Analyze sales trends to identify popular items and optimize inventory.
• Engage with fans to gather feedback on merchandise preferences and ideas for future releases.
• Foster a sense of community among supporters through merchandise-related interactions.
• Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions related to merchandise, collaborating with other departments as needed.
