• Hands‑on management of retail, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑maintained facility through regular maintenance and safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with cash integrity, schedule management, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition efforts.

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate computer skills:
  Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to complete a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.

• Ability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Physical demands: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting objects up to 75 pounds.
