As a store leader, your role includes empowering associates, solving problems through critical thinking, and handling transactions at the customer service desk.
Job Responsibilities- Develop knowledge of office and bookkeeping functions at the store level.
- Maintain training on all customer service transactions.
- Follow all company policies, including dress code and wearing a name tag.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs occasionally and exert 25-50 lbs of force frequently. Ability to stand, move, lift, carry, push, and pull items, and use knives and sharp instruments safely is required. This role involves medium physical work, including working on potentially slippery floors, with good vision and hearing.
