We’re searching for an eCommerce Coordinator who loves fashion and all the small details, digital storytelling, and adding a touch of magic to the online shopping experience.

Candidates must have experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.

This role is hands‑on and task‑driven, perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, keeping everything organized, and making online experiences feel seamless and polished.

• Upload and manage thousands of SKUs on Shopify
  —ensuring every product looks beautiful, is accurately priced, and is ready for our customers.
• Support Klaviyo email & SMS setup
  —schedule campaigns, QA links/images, manage segmentation, and help prep the weekly/monthly email calendar.
• Execute checklists and operational tasks to keep campaigns, promos, and launches running smoothly.
• Maintain dashboards, track site metrics, and flag any bugs or operational issues.
• Assist with product launches, promo codes, GWPs, and seasonal drops—helping bring each campaign to life accurately and on time.

• 1+ years of hands‑on Shopify + Klaviyo experience (back‑end setup, not strategy).
• A detail‑obsessed organizer who thrives in a task‑heavy, fast‑paced environment.
