Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.

Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.

Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.

Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.

Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.

Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.

Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate customers.

Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise.
Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

Travel as needed.
Push, pull, lift, and reach merchandise up to 50 pounds.
Stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
Handle contact with birds/poultry.
Complete training and operate equipment safely.
