Job Description

A well-known pop culture fashion brand is seeking a Freelance Site Merchandiser.

Work Schedule (Hybrid/In-Office)

Hybrid 3 days in office, Tuesday-Thursday. Duration of Assignment: 2-3 months.

What You’ll Do

• Execute online merchandising strategies in partnership with Planning and Merchandising
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative Services to ensure key trends are featured online to drive sales
• Communicate assortment details, product specifications, and performance insights to support reorders and informed decision-making
• Coordinate with studio creative and product copy teams on SKU approvals, site QA, and timely content updates
• Monitor competitor sites for assortment, pricing, and positioning to identify opportunities and inform strategy
• Ensure products are accurately represented, positioned, and marketed online

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years in ecommerce merchandising (online retail experience required)
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with website analytics and reporting tools preferred
• Interest in music, pop culture, and fashion trends
