Location: Flexible / Hybrid / Remote (travel as required)

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission, commensurate with experience
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Apparel Wholesale Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through established and new relationships with big-box, off-price, and national retail chains
. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in clothing and apparel wholesale
, a deep understanding of retail buying cycles, and direct relationships with key apparel buyers and category managers.
- Develop, manage, and expand wholesale apparel accounts with big-box and national retail chains
- Leverage existing relationships with apparel buyers, category managers, and retail decision-makers to secure new wholesale programs
- Identify new sales opportunities and manage the full wholesale sales cycle from line presentation to close
- Collaborate internally on product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional programs
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and terms specific to apparel wholesale agreements
- Monitor apparel market trends, seasonal demand, and competitive activity
- Consistently meet or exceed wholesale sales and revenue targets
- Represent the company at buyer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- 5+ years of wholesale sales experience in apparel or clothing
- Proven success selling apparel to big-box and off-price retailers (e.g., TJX, Ross, Ollie’s, Burlington, Costco, Five Below, or similar national chains)
- Established relationships with apparel buyers and retail decision-makers
- Strong understanding of apparel retail calendars, compliance standards, and vendor requirements
- Demonstrated negotiation, account management, and closing skills in wholesale environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working independently or in‑house
