Job Description and DutiesUnder the general direction of the Business and Fiscal Services Unit manager, Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the incumbent is responsible for performing complex analytical work in support of fiscal operations, revenue management, procurement, and administrative services.
This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code . The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.

- The incumbent works in a typical office environment, using one or more personal computers.
- The incumbent is required to travel to offsite records storage locations.
- This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule in alignment with Executive Orders.
Minimum Requirements are detailed in the Class Specification. Positions require a background investigation be cleared prior to being hired.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
