Base Pay Range

$21.00/hr - $29.00/hr

Position Summary

Assists management with the supervision of associates in an assigned area, including assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction to ensure member complaints are resolved according to company guidelines. Maintains compliance with company policies, supports the Open Door Policy, and participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.

Responsibilities
  • Assist management with the supervision and development of associates, including assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training on company processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and the Open Door Policy, and support recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating of associates.
  • Maintain the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, overseeing forklift spotting and hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.
  • Support Sam’s Club e‑commerce initiatives by overseeing program operations, auditing online customer feedback, resolving complaints, and identifying trends to inform management solutions.
  • Supervise associates supporting e‑commerce programs, providing training and resources, assigning duties, and ensuring adequate coverage at pick‑up locations.
  • Execute the Sam’s Club Pickup plan by updating operational KPIs, auditing customer orders, ensuring equipment readiness, training associates, and evaluating performance.
  • Lead projects to improve pickup efficiencies, using KPIs to identify gaps, implementing process improvements, and modeling best practices for other associates.
  • Provide member service, recognizing members, addressing their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and promoting company products and services.
  • Maintain merchandise presentation and sales floor by handling returns, zoning, stocking, organizing displays, and pricing merchandise according to company policies.
  • Oversee picking and staging of club pick‑up orders throughout the day, ensuring accurate product selection and staging.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement business processes in collaboration with managers, co‑workers, and customers, monitoring progress and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Promote compliance with company policies and ethical standards, guiding associates in their application of these principles and using the Open Door Policy to address issues.
  • Lead and participate in teams by sharing resources, coordinating assignments, providing feedback, and modeling adaptability to change.

Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00*.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Minimum Qualifications

I acknowledge that I will successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
