Are you ready to join one of the most trusted brands in the world? Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a full-time Team Leader and provide a brand experience for our customers. This role will provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.

• Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information.
• Ensure appropriate and effective space management techniques are used.
• Maintain store graphics system and pricing with a focus on customer service and sales.
• Replenish fixtures and maintain stockroom organization.
• Evaluate competitor visual merchandising techniques and communicate opportunities.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision and Values.
• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, addressing issues in line with LEGO policies.
• Complete orders for store and office supplies within budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Achieve merchandise presentation standards and store guidelines.

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Delivery of employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Experience with point of sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
• Physical specifications: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders; lifting at least 30 lbs.
• Full availability to work 40 hours per week.

Hourly wage range $20.11 to $21.51, plus benefits communicated upon offer.
