Business Development Representative – Precision Machining
$70,000–$90,000 base + commission | Health, Dental, Vision (60% employer-paid) | PTO & Holidays | Laptop & Phone Provided
RemX is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business for precision-machined components serving aerospace, aircraft, pharmaceutical, and defense markets. This is a hands-on B2B sales role requiring technical knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract.
What You’ll Do- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities while managing the complete sales cycle
- Prepare and negotiate quotes in collaboration with production to meet client specifications and deadlines
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up
- Apply technical knowledge of machining processes, materials (aluminum, stainless steel, titanium), and mechanical drawings to support sales efforts
- Track pipeline activity, reporting, and forecasting using CRM tools (JobBOSS preferred)
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in machining, manufacturing, or related industries
- Proven ability to develop and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry contacts
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of CNC machining capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Stable, 30+ year manufacturing company specializing in precision CNC components for critical industries

- Competitive compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base (DOE) + commission
