The Bio Brace Associate Market Development Representative is responsible for implementing and executing the Market Development portions of the Bio Brace commercial plan. The Bio Brace MDR will closely collaborate with Marketing Product Managers (PMs), Regional Sales Managers, and Sales Director to drive Bio Brace education and adoption, increase utilization, and ultimately achieve or exceed budgeted Bio Brace revenue.
Successful performance will be measured by:
The Associate MDR must be seen as a credible, persuasive, ethical, and trusted advisor, always operating in the best interests of Con Med and our Customers.
Associate MDR Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- The regional Bio Brace expert advisor trusted with key sales and surgeon engagements
- Drive clinical adoption through educational initiatives
- Building physician champions
- Successfully collaborating with Sales partners to drive Bio Brace sales
- Supporting Bio Brace field marketing activities
- Reporting key Bio Brace metrics and activities in assigned geographies
- Accountable for compliance with Company policy and procedures, the Quality System, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintains company standards involving ethical and moral character, and always represents the company with the highest professional standards.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
- 3+ years of related experience in Medical Device Sales (Orthopedics focus preferred)

- Positive attitude, high integrity, experienced negotiation skills, demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels
- Strong Medical Device business acumen, commercial focus, and customer skills
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business
- Demonstrates ability to plan and execute a variety of strategies to meet objectives, including sales, training and development, process improvement, and change management
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel 70% +

Disclosure:
As required by law, the annual salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 plus bonus. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
